Will non new/reworked champions have their login theme playing at there start of the game aswell?

For those who are unaware, you can hear the Login Screen theme of Zoe and Swain (only them for now, Kai'sa will probably have it too) in the first seconds of the game if you play them.

I think this is a really nice addition to the game. It immediately sets you in your champion's mood/vibes and I definitively want to hear other's champions theme at the start of the game, especially Warwick's, Taliyah's and Rakan's themes.

sadly not every champ has a log in theme. They would have to make one for quite a few champs and would most likely be done after they get reworked.

Doesn't Jhin have this too, or is it just if you get the whistle on your first move?

AurelionSol 's theme can be heard if you E or dance, Jhin has some sort of Magnifique Fantastique Exotique Angelic Chorus going on that he listens when the game starts (he even whispers , whistles and giggles a bit meanwhile). Those are the only that i know, so far, that have their temes in-game. ( Jhin 's isn't really his theme but it's so good i coldn't help but post it, it goes in tandem with his character)
