Last year Riot skipped it for some reason.... The spooky ghost skins for Viktor, Kata and Zed didn't get their own spooky theme sadly...Can we please have one this year. Pls.

Surely Riot could get someone like CJXander (RefractArt) to animate one of the Skin Splash Arts and put some spooky music over the top (even if they recycle an old Harrowing theme).
