Why can't Blitz use Piltover Customs Blitzcrank(The "Car" Blitz, in case you've been living under a rock)'s animation? It's not like people don't recognise Piltover Customs Blitzcrank as him, because we do, and it's got a far better animation routine than him flaying his arms around all the time.
So why don't we just use Piltover Customs Blitzcrank's animation as the base animation for all of his skins?

Looking at it I get MF pretty much instantly. This skin has the same basic silhouette as base MF.
Her general stance and shape are still pretty similar though.
