Looks like some of us were correct in that Yuumi is a familiar to a yordle,Norra, much like Pix is a familiar to Lulu. Yuumi is pretty much on the search for Norra because she vanished, now the bio mentions her last trace being in Shurima however the teaser showed us Icathia specifically? It will be tough to find Norra and something almost tells me that she has been kidnapped :/ I do wonder who are the evil snow- spirits? Hmmmm ;)

So she's legit just Norra's pet and wants to find her and bring her home?

And she met Braum?

When Yuumi especially missed Norra, she often sought out other companions. One of her favorites was a door-carrying shepherd with thick whiskers and a deep laugh like a babbling brook. Yuumi rested on his shoulders for a time, protecting him from angry snow-spirits stirring up flurries in a hailstorm, while he brought her wriggling fish.

I'm not going to lie, this kind of reads more like the premise to a Platformer compared to a champion biography.

I've read people comparing her to Lulu's pix, but lulu's story tells us about her being weird and kinda crazy even for yordles' standars and pix becoming part of her life after becoming weird. Also isn't pix the evil bitch that killed annie's sister in her last video?

Is it too much of an assumption to think that those artifacts that it talks about were perhaps world runes?

Nobody’s seemed to have realised that Norra is in the Void.

In Yuumi’s bio she clearly finds the trace of Norra in Icathia, the shuriman city where the void first erupted, it explains the creature that burst out of the sand, which I doubt was a Xer’Sai (one of Rek’Sai’s brethren) but just some unnamed void creature roaming around near the breach at Icathia.

Her Bio also mentions that Book told Yuumi Norra went somewhere so horrifying and dangerous that she had to destroy the page upon using it, if that doesn’t scream Void to everyone I don’t know what does. I think it’s an interesting and exciting piece of lore, and might end up giving us a Void-afflicted Yordle Sorceress Champion in the future if Norra ever comes back.
