Rumble's new skin is not worth 1350 RP.

I love that Riot is finally put in some effort for Rumble, but at the same time it feels like it was quickly rushed out the door so Rumble players would finally stop complaining about Rumble's lack of skins. It feels off in some places. Making it not worth its price point. Compare Wukong's new skin to Rumble's and you'd know what I'm talking about. For starters, why are they still using Rumble's clunky base animations? That's the main reason why people hate base Rumble and only use Super Galaxy. The new effects while cool, don't sound satisfying to use or land. I also feel as if the model and his abilities could be a bit bigger. They also missed the opportunity to use a voice modifer Rumble's voice to sound more like Immortan Joe. And finally the biggest point, it's not worth 1350 RP. It feels more like a 950 RP skin. I think Riot should definitely fix the problems I mentioned above before getting it out. It would be awful if this skin sells poorly due to its quality and Riot doesn't make anymore Rumble skins because they think people don't like him. And honestly, I think time would be much better spent on a Rumble VU. If his base model is such a problem for Riot to go through, how come they never considered a possible VU in the future?

TLDR: Rumble skin has too many problems for it's price point and time would be better spent on a Visual Update.

The problem with Rumble (and reason of why he doesnt have many skins), as far as i know, is that he has those "clunky base animations"... If you change the base animations of the character, then the skin would be legendary/ultimate, and he has one Legendary skin already.

If you compare him with Wukong's new skin, then you can see that both skins use the same animations of their base character, they both have New VFX for all spells, New SFX and Recall animation.... So, technically, they are at the same "tier"... The problem, again, is not that the skin is bad, the problem is that the animations of the "Base" Rumble limit what Riot can do with him.

So, yeah, is not that "Riot doesn't make anymore Rumble skins because they think people don't like him", they dont do skins for him because his base animations are a mess.

Not a tier. You are looking for 975 (which it would fit better).
