If Shurima has the Sun Disk, which makes giant animal people, could Bandle City have the Moon Disk and make tiny animal people?
If we look to mythology, the moon is represented by a rabbit in Asian and native North and South American cultures. Are Yordles allegorical to the moon rabbit?
If so, that does not bode well for the future of Bandle City, because 3 of the 4 legendary moon rabbits died.
