Is it me or is the Bandle City portal moving on the map?
As I write this it is in the south sea of Shurima but I could have sworn it was in south west Shurima desert two hours ago...

It's supposed to hint at certain portals to Bandle City. There isn't only one, there are a lot actually.
Yes, there are 66 locations it can spawn in.
It's a very clever way to show why it's hard to find.
That is the portal to Bandle City and the portal ALWAYS changes it location.
So why wasn't this talked about a lot more?
Why isn't ANY Red commenting on ANY topic about Bandle City? Not even Scathlocke and his infamous jokes?
