Christmas Bard Chroma: What does it mean?

Greetings all,

As a Bard worshipper, I am very much excited about getting my hands on all things Bard... But does this mean we should not expect a bard skin 2019? Someone, please say it isn't so! I've been yearning for Bard goodies all year, but I fear that my prayers have backfired!

chomas just make the skin it's for more flashy and colorful it doesn't affect actual skins
