Aurelion's Voice is Unintelligible in ARAM

Aurelion's VO on ARAM is very hard to discern; you can tell that he is speaking and catch maybe every third word. Can something be done to automatically lower other sounds when an environment VO is triggered? Alternatively, bring Aurelion's voice up to par with the announcer.
