It's really pointless comparing a skin with a base splash art, if you compare the normal Diana with the normal Irelia then Irelia looks definately hotter

Irelia's face is very wide and boxy, and looks unnatural. Plus she's got a pound and a half of makeup, and lip injections.

Diana, on the other hand, has that really bony Russian look, wears too much makeup, and has lips that look like they've got a pound of silicon in them.
But then, my ideas of what's attractive are weird.
I can't think of every splash art in the game, but one I know I like is this one.

Her lips are a bit wonky, but the overall shape of the face is more cute looking (as opposed to looking like a model, with strong facial structure), the expression and eyebrows aren't harsh (or painted on), and there's much less makeup.
