Since Gnar has officially been affiliated with the freljord nearly all the regions of runeterra have a yordle representative Freljord: Demacia: Noxus: Piltover: Zaun: Ionia: Bilgewater:

This just leaves 4 regions without a yordle( shadow isles, shurima, mount targon, void)
