Lore Release and Deadline Meetings

So I was speaking with Bioluminesence on another thread, and they stated that they'd like to know if other people would prefer delayed, but quality lore, when I said I'd rather they not release incomplete lore to satiate a deadline, and instead delay its release until they could release a high quality piece of work. Some of my main examples were the Karma lore update circa Irelia VGU and then it's amendment circa the Akali VGU, and the recently confusing and chaotically incomplete Lissandra bio that released just before Nunu's VGU.

So here's my question and I hope we can get some good data for Bioluminescence to run with. Do people share this sentiment that you'd rather see delayed lore that might miss a perceived deadline if it's super polished and well developed, or would you guys like to see a cohesive release of related lore, regardless of whether or not parts of it might be less than perfect?

Deadlines have to be met. It's usually far better to have something okay released when it was promised as opposed to something great but delayed well after the promise.

Of course, it's best to meet both, or not make promises you're not certain you can keep.

I prefer a steady stream of content, rather than polishing it for big releases, like the Demacia or Bilgewater updates (which should be saved for special occasions).

If the reception to it is negative, they can just work on it, but starving readers isn't the way to go.
