Please make an Ultimate, if not, then Legendary Ryze skin.

I think they should make an Ultimate (or legendary) skin for Ryze because he is some sort of "The Awaken being" Material. He has been collecting runes around the world and protecting them for thousands of years. Due to this process, he has absorbed lots of rune energy from the runes that he has collected it. He is also very wise. I think they should make an ultimate (or legendary) skin for Ryze where he has awoken his powers from all the rune energy he has absorbed over thousand years and becomes a very powerful god of some sort.
