@Players and Rioters: What is Lore, And What isn't?

When talking about the lore of a game, we are generally talking about the story that said game is delivering through its narrative.

We aren't talking about the method in which they deliver it. The method in which lore is delivered isn't lore itself, it's just a delivery mechanism.

The fancy videos about champions (while they are admittedly sometimes pretty cool) don't actually deliver very much lore compared to the pre-retcon champion bios. The new videos just add a bit of flavor without giving us any actual lore.

Abstract concepts being shown with little impact on Runeterra don't actually add any lore to the game.

Cool visuals are not the same thing as actual lore unless they convey enough concrete information to substantiate/develop the story of Runeterra,

@Riot, when will we get some actual lore, I'm tired of fancy looking fluff! I want LoL Lore to have some substance again!
