Mordekaiser has been referred to before as a "dread revenant" and "dread sorcerer". Ochnun, "the language of the dead", sounds like something his liches would speak when casting spells to resurrect him.
Unless it's some other powerful undead entity with servants out to restore it to life, I don't see how "dread lord" would be a title given to anyone but Mordekaiser.
If so, then both Ezreal and the Freljordian are a couple centuries late to the "bring back Mordekaiser" party.
Which would actually be really funny. One guy's foretelling the inevitable return of a guy who's already back and the other one's trying to heroically prevent something that's already happened.
