Is God King Garen Good and God King Darius Bad? Or What?
So I have both skins and they both have some interesting voice lines, also the video on their interactions made me ask this question.

I think they're written as both not being good nor bad, Garen promotes order but is implied to be a pretty fascist and up tight regime, while Darius being mostly seems about freedom, he seems as equally as cruel
They're supposed to be as morally ambiguous as Demacia and Noxus are now. Garen may be doing what's morally right, but he leads an intolerant nation of obedient sheep. Darius promises to free Garen's people, but no guarantees he won't do anything cruel in the process or afterward.
They're both bad.
It’s anarchism vs totalitarianism. It’s just bad vs bad.
Though I will say the build up put a bit more emphasis on Darius as the freedom fighter, which made him seem the “good” guy if you weren’t paying too much attention to the details.
That's the whole point. Noxus is the only government/kingdom where it's a true meritocracy, which is based solely on your own abilities and not anything of birthright or etc. Demacia could be argued to be a religious state where everyone is obedient. What's worse? Enforced subjects or freedom by any means necessary?
It's an interesting concept because the USA was founded on supposed "meritocracy" principals but that's not even close to true now. Depending on what family you're born into really, your life is arguably set for you minus any sweeping changes you can do.
Like what KEstrelGirl said, both are meant to be grey shades of morality....but then again...morals in general are always shades. There's nothing in real life that's truly black and white.
