Do you have to buy the basic skin to get the Prestige version? or can I buy Prestige with tokens after buying the pass?
Is there any way to actually get these skins without paying more than what they're worth
You can get a Prestige Edition skin without having the base version.
For Event Prestige skins, short of just buying the required tokens from bundles, there's no other way to get the skin besides buying the pass and grinding out the missions and daily rewards.
For Prestige Point skins, you have till January 31st of 2020 to get the 100 points needed to unlock one of the skins. Those are either acquired from buying the directly from chest bundles, or completing the milestone missions in the Event Passes.
Someone correct me if im wrong but isnt there also a very very rare chance of getting them as loot from chests?
