According to the Universe page for Ornn, they're siblings. Volibear refers to himself as Ornn's brother in Ornn's colour story.
Does Anivia have a humanoid form after all or is she full bird? Because i have seen it in many artworks including comics that Riot showcased
They're not literally siblings. But they are the only three of their kind, so they refer to each other as siblings.
They are siblings, but only in the case that they are all gods born at the same time and likely from the same energy/being/etc...
