hello :) i want to ask where can i read full champion bios?i know not every champion have one but for those who do i want to read them :) thanks

You'll find them in one of two places:

The champion's main website page will have them. A general rule of thumb is that if there is a single, solid paragraph at the top of the page with no breaks in it, that champion has a full bio ready to read.

A regional page will have them. Some champions had their lore updated to these full bios as part of a regional update, most notably the champions of Shurima or Mount Targon. Sadly this means they're main champion page from the League website probably doesn't have it, but these regional micro sites will have them instead, and will generally present them in a format that's nicer to read anyway. Currently only Mount Targon and Shurima have sites like this, so just search for those names in google to find the sites and you'll find the bios.
Alternatively you could go to the League of Legends wiki, which has all of the lore for every champion available and is updated fairly regularly.

The bios I've listed there are all 100% canon and the most reliable champion bios that exist currently, so you can take their word as gospel for the most part, but there are champions with lore that's not as reliable, and some that just aren't canon at all right now because of major changes that occurred some two years ago, so if you're interested in further reading stick to these guys for now, and if you're interested I can elaborate on other lores that are among the more reliable of the lot to read up on. Also every champion is in line to get their lore updated to the style you see with the champions I listed, with some being just around the corner; 
these guys are all getting their lores updated to the new style probably next week at the earliest providing their's no issues on Riot's end. Every new champion as well as those who are to receive full visual and gameplay updates will also be getting lore in this style once they release.
