Since when does the Cosmic Dawn Rakan skin change the "commentator-voice" that says for example "An ally has been slain", "minions are spawning in 30 secons". I played a game with Rakan with the Cosmic skin and i realized the commentatorvoice was weird, it was a guy talking. My friends and I talked about it for like 3 minutes and came to the conclusion that i was Rakan talking. It's like the thing with SG Ahri and the whole team's commentator voice changes.

Is this Rakan or was there some weird this day /2018-05-13.

We have a region dependent esports announcer for MSI as of today.

Those are the MSI voices, has nothing to do with any skin.
