@Riot, I have two questions about Victorious/Championship/Conqueror Rakan/Xayah

If one of these champions were slotted for one of these skins, would you release it as a pair of skins?
Would you not even consider these champions because of the first question?

I only ask out of curiosity and because I noticed that Rakan has had some ridiculous presence in Pro Play this Season (like >70% presence).

They'd probably do them together if they were to do them, but I doubt we can expect much for them in the near future. Rakan has been pretty everywhere majority of his time since release, but xayah fell out with the new rune and marksmen changes.
