Themed Skin Sales?
I just had an idea.... What if every week or so, there would be a skin sale with a theme? These themes could include: PROJECT, Blood Moon, Star Guardian, Arcade, Pool Party, etc... Do you think this would be a good idea?

Every 3 weeks; 1 is way too fast and would make riot lose some rp sales.
