Little Devil Teemo- Face Shading and VO

I feel like Little Devil Teemo is a must buy skin for all Teemo players. It is just so good and so fitting and amazing that you simply cannot not have it. However, there is two things I would change to make it slightly better:

• Change the shading of his in-game model face to be darker

Right now, in-game, the face texture/color is really bright for the skin's theme. Adding the classic "Sinister" shading would make the skin a ton better. Sinister shading is usually what happens when someone is looking at fire, like a campfire. It's being used in the splash art for the skin to where a sinister little reflection of red is on his face as well as some shadows around them. Overall, the texture just needs to be a darker shade of tan.

• Change the VO (or even just the Laugh) to be Similar to Teemo's Recall Laugh

I really want to hear that nightmare fuel sound more, and I want my OPPOONENTS to here it more. Little Devil Teemo shouldn't just be a skin the user loves, it should also be a skin his enemies hate! It's fitting!
