Here is a somewhat real answer.
Demons are not biological beings. They are spirits, they're created from a miasma of pain and emotions. So you're more likely to give birth to one stubbing your toe. [sg-kiko]
It might seem limiting, but sometimes it can be interesting to consider how little we understand and can relate to demons, as human beings. They're spirits, they're hunger. It makes them scarier, IMHO. Especially when this first realization falls away, and you see they were us all along...
I'm sorry if this makes Ev harder to ship with Kayn. But limitations can drive some relationships; tsundere, etc.
No, and whatever she'd spawn wouldn't have an actual form. The eve you see is just one of her shapeshifts to lure her easiest targets (humans).

She can have sex, but other then feel, nothing happens really afterward.
Was it confirmed she does have sex with her victums? I feel like all she does is lure them with the promise of sex, let them get the first touch, then thats their ass.
Evelynn is a demon of lust, who seduces and even has sex with her targets before killing them. As such, she obviously has reproductive organs, but she likely does not have a menstrual cycle/eggs, which are a requirement for pregnancy.
