Darius doesn't have a 1350, but he has an equivalent-quality gemstone skin and 2 legendaries.

That's a little different from not having any skin above 975. You may want to split that group so that there's a smaller subcategory of "no skins above 975."

I wish they did more with Bloodmoon Evelynn, doesn't suit well with me. I feel like they could've done more to fully execute the fantasy. A new recall animation though FINALLY for her though. Still no $10 skin,

Well... A lot of 975 skins are just as good as epics right? Rammus Has Sweeper, Karthus has lightbane, TahmKench has master chief, Galio has Birdio. ect.
