Is this Soundcloud page actually managed by League of Legends, or is someone illegally (heh, il-league-ally) uploading League songs? I'd like to know if I can download songs for my own listening from the site without breaking copyright laws.

Its just 10 minutes of quirky creature sounds; mechanical steps and blowing wind.
