Who's Older, Ahri or Zoe?

They both look young, but Zoe is actually over a thousand years old, and the mythology surrounding nine tailed foxes says that they have to be around 1000 years old, at least.

So who's older? Is Ahri not actually that old with her new vastayan lore? or does Zoe's age not count because she still looks 12?
