Blastzone Heimerdinger

Why was the splash art changed? His current splash art for the Blastzone skin is completely hideous and looks nothing like the actual skin ingame. Furthermore it looks nothing like a yordle. At least the previous art made sense and matched the actual ingame skin. Why not change it back to the way it was before?
