I think Riot teased a new Taliyah skin

Sorry but that's just default Taliyah.

I doubt most of these would even become real if they were new skin ideas. I mean, that's Yi with Soda Bottles for a face! So, whether that's Taliyah's base like people say or some other idea of her, I don't see it happening.

It might be just a background detail similar to all the pool party champs in the pool party splash arts.

After all it also shows a new yi skin(and I think some others too).
