I WISH WE COULD TURN OFF THE SNOW MAP

Sorry, but the snow map gives me a headache whenever I play on it. Therefore I just avoid playing League all together during the winter months. I don't know what's wrong with my eyes, but the colors of the snow map really put a strain on my them.

Guess I'll just stick to ranked only since the snow map isn't used there.

:( It really sucks because I would rather play blind pick than autofilled into a role

Riot please, give us the option to turn off the map, or better yet, tweak the colors of the map.

You can always turn off event maps. It says so right when you enter a match. Go to your settings and you can disable those features.

I'm pretty sure you might be able to turn it off; take a peek through the settings. There's probably a drop down menu or check box hidden in there.

Settings, graphics, near the bottom there is "turn off event map" or something like that.

Your problem is likely the same as most others with the blue light that is emitted more heavily from the snow map.... something you can try is getting some... i think they are polarized? Glasses as it will cut out most of the blue light that is fairly harsh on the eyes. Or turning down the blue color in the screen itself.

If you have the same problem with the phone and getting headaches a lot, turning on the blue light filter for the smartphone helps there too.

I can't find it in settings, maybe it will appear when the map is here next patch
