Anyone think Victor needs a VO update?

For one, he's incredibly hard to understand. More importantly, his dialogue really doesn't reflect his lore and personality very well, as it makes him seem a lot more like a villain who willingly leads the Glorious Evolution; when in his current lore, he's actually a not a bad guy at all and wants nothing to do with the Glorious Evolved.
