So i dont know how concept for new champion is decided but what has happend to the rioters? Till now in 2019 every new champion released is a female character. Now i dont hate females but i also like anime heros like Ezreal, jayce (?) or mean dudes like Urgot or Sion(not pesky shit pyke, maybe sylas). Riot is giving more female Champs with disney vibes and it doesnt seem to stop as the leaks say new adc champion is a female too(funny that every meta adc is female). That means full female lineup of new champions in 2019! When i'm lookig for a champion to play and i dont find any new champion of my taste for years, i feel bored and frustrated.Shouldn't riot release champions of different style of background? Riot whats the actual flip is your agenda of new champions?

So there are currently 52 female champions

There are currently 92 male champions

And there is one Kindred.

As you can see by this graph, it's going to take more than the next year to make up the gap between male and female champions. If Riot continues the pattern of 4-5 new champions a year, and if Riot only makes female champions, it would take about 8-10 years for there to be an equal amount of male and female champions.

Since I joined there have been...

2017XayahRakanKaynOrnnZoe

2018KaisaPykeNeeko

2019SylasYuumiQiyana

5 males and 6 females, with 1 more female champion coming soon.

That's not that uneven, especially considering the fact that the lack of new male champions is being balanced out by them reworking old male champions, like Morde and Pantheon.

In terms of "Disney girls," only Zoe, Neeko, and Yuumi fit that, with Zoe only really being "Disney" because of her appearance(she likes to play games were mortals die, so).

Xayah is leading a bloody rebellion with the help of her lover, Rakan. She is pure edge and not Disney in any capacity.

Kaisa has been trapped in the Void-infested caverns since she was a child and is basically fem-Venom, only her suit isn't sentient/capable of speech.

Qiyana is full blown homicidal and tries to get her sisters killed regularly in order to secure her place as the future ruler of her parent's kingdom.

Must be The Black Cauldron side of Disney you're looking at, my dude.

I'm 100% onboard with more females in League. Because I don't like looking at men. It's much harder to impress me with a male character design than it is a female design.

However, Disney characters? Really? Yuumi is straight out of Japanese mahou shoujo, if... a little shallow on that front. Qiyana is ambitious to the point of being murderous. Neeko is a fucking chameleon. How are any of these Disney tropes?

when qiyana yells i'm gonna go now, ur future empress is back etc stuffs - these sounds like qiyana of all people is a homicidal warrior?

All warriors are homicidal, if you get down to it. What you're doing is seeing things too shallow. Qiyana is but one of many potential heirs in a semi-feudal society. She kills only so far as it will grow her legend and move her to the top of the line of succession. What she sounds like to me when she says that is exactly what she is: A feudal warrior-princess who is extremely self-confident. Strange as it sounds, killing for ambition isn't necessarily a "crazy evil girl" thing in feudal societies. It's frowned upon, but it doesn't necessarily expect that the lord or lady in question is "homicidal", by technical definition.

one thing sure she insults a lot but with that hip size she aint crushing any piltover mechs.

Why not? Does the size of one's hips affect their command over the elements? There's absolutely no science to support this theory.

i also like anime heros

And kaisa aint fighting any void monsters with pout lips ,spa hair and open cleavge suits.

Uhm Sylas was released this year and I kinda doubt that he is female.

Also the bigger focus on more female champs kinda evens out the fact that we'll have 4 male VGUs in a row(though counting Fiddle as male may be a stretch), while evening out the roster as a whole, so I'd say its actually a good thing.

Forget about new champs being male or female, league needs more monster champions like Abathur or Dehaka.
