Launcher music!

Just a simple suggestion, that I think would be awesome (especially when considering how great riots music department is). I never realized how awesome music in the launcher can be until I started playing other games that had it, like gigantic. It's just aesthetics, but I would love to hear some cool music to pump me up before a match. It could be disable-able for those who dont want music so it's a win win for all.
