A lore question: Do Noxian names have a real world link?

Like is there a specific region in the world that inspired the names of Noxus?

And if not can I have suggestions for a female Noxian champion I'm working on? I'm really bad at names especially if I don't know about common names or how they come up with names in the culture of which I'm trying to come up for a name for.

Eastern European names, lots of consonants and hard sounds. Darius is a Persian name, Vladimir is ... Slavic? Let Blanc is a French phrase but Noxus is huge and inclusive so it could be thought of like the East Roman Empire, and absorbed some language from foreign cultures as they traveled

I think the Noxian language is itself inspired by German (some of which was shown with Urgot's lore, if I'm not mistaken), but like German, I imagine the massive spread of Noxus has made their language quite dialectal, not to mention absorbing words from their trading partners and/or their provinces (in this sense, conquered areas). This would likely include the basis for most Noxian names, though one would imagine that in their outlying provinces in Ionia and Shurima, naming conventions would stay at least pretty close to the native Ionian and Shuriman ones, regarding the conquered peoples.
