AKALI ICON on pbe?
Just take it as a grain of salt but it looks like an Akali to me. Unless, its a Kata or an Irelia Skin which I doubt because look at the Ninja outfit.
The more i think about it the more it seems like its her. Its definitely a woman you can see her breast outline and unless its a new skin for someone which i doubt it definitely points to her. Looks like shes cursed or something with that right arm though. Hype!
