More like The Jungle in general. It already got a regional update and map update when Neeko was being released. In The Jungle, Vastaya, Jungle folk, and other magically rich beings live in it.
The image that was hinting towards the upcoming Assassin shows us that Piltover wants to expand south in the Jungle, trying to find something, but the people that live there are not like Ionia, their land is much more wild, deadly, and untamed.
They better do something original with it, not the classic nature people protecting the nature against tech.
