Is Zoe x Kayn actually possible?
Knowing that Zoe has ties to Aatrox, and her line:
"Hey guys, so cosmic change time, possible armageddon, twilight of the gods, blah blah blah. You've been heralded."
She actively knows that the Darkin exist. Along with this, two of the three Darkin, Aatrox and Rhaast, want to bring the world to ruin. So she's warning people about the possible rise of Rhaast and Aatrox if it happens.
Along with this, like Aatrox stated, she helps to go against the Darkin.
So this should bring to attention that she may know of Kayn.
