Could Tahm Kench get a new skin

its been like 2 years since he got a skin, and i feel like there is so much potential of creating an awesome skin for him. i know there have been other champs who haven't received any updates, but tahm is pretty oldish i guess you could say and only has 2 mediocre skins, while champs like panth or WW having their 5th or 6th skin. why are some champs not taking care off like others. you even see more kenchs in the top lane, for i main him and would love to see some love for him
