What is the lore behind the program skins?

I am completely captivated by those 2 gorgeous skin and I would like to know if there is any Lore related to those skins? Like where they come from, their purpose, etc.?

I would see them as having 2 antipods, the caring and kind robot (soraka) and the cold and evil mastermind robot (Lissandra) and I don't know if this concept will be kept for the other skins of this serie (if there is any).
