@Riot: Kayle, Morgana and the "Aspect Influence"

The Aspects of Targon are alien cosmic entities that infuse their chosen with part of their powers, memory and consciousness in various degrees.

From what we know we have:

  • Complete overwhelm of the host Pantheon
  • Balanced sharing of consciousness and memories Diana Leona
  • Complete freedom Taric Zoe

My question is where in this list put Kayle and Morgana as their birth and acquisition of the state of being an Aspect powers (as Jellbug and HalfTangible said) is rather peculiar.

Morgana seems completely free of the Aspect control as her thematic and character are all about being close to her human part.

Kayle fully accepts the powers and the "divine" vision of her condition but for as long as their Bios go, she too doesn't seem to have anything influenced by the consciousness of a foreign entity, she has a stern idea of Justice but it's still her's.

The difference is that Kayle and Morgana are not Aspects; they are children born of an aspect.

Kayle might have become the Aspect of Justice after her mother died, but that would be speculation.

Morg and Kayle are demi gods, They inherited a portion of their mothers power through the influence of the aspect residing within their mother and the legacy she left behind(twin swords). It's their own personality and beliefs.

Everyone's assuming their mother is dead. As yet, unconfirmed.

Remember what Riot said about Ascended champions a while back? Aspects and Ascended are very different, but they both draw from the same cosmic well of power. Put simply, Kayle and Morgana were 'blessed' by the Aspect of Justice when it chose their mother as its host - they're basically somewhere between a perfect Ascension & Aspect in terms of power.

The power (which is drawn from the celestial aspect of Justice) is basically exaggerating their individual concept of Justice.
