Will dragon knight Mordekaiser ever come back?

Hi, I know this has been asked before but I could not find a answer that completely answered all of my questions so I made this post to find out if anyone else knows. Okay here's what I'm wondering, is possible that I could get dragon knight Mordekaiser from the "Your Shop" thingy or is Riot planning to put him back in the store as well. I think it would be a great idea for Riot to bring back all the dragon world skins with the new dragon update that is about to come out, I have no idea if any of that is possible but I think it seems like a good opportunity for them to bring all those skins back but then again these are legacy skins so yeah it's very unlikely. Oh and before someone comments about how you can get it from Hextech crafting I am well aware of that I was just wondering if there was any other way of obtaining it, thanks.
