For his VU, Mordekaiser should be one of the most evil characters in LOL

Some of LOL's villainous characters believe they're doing the right thing (e.g., Swain), or they're simply following their nature even if they do enjoy it (most of the demons and voidborn). But some villains should just be plain nasty because they choose to be. Mordekaiser strikes me as such a character. He has the potential to be one of the vilest and most despicable characters in LOL because he is (or was) human; he's in full control of his actions, he's not "corrupted", he's not swayed by his country's ideals, he has the infinite choices available to a human being... he simply chooses to be a conqueror and make people miserable. Some quotes from 1984 come to mind:

Now I will tell you the answer to my question. It is this. The Party seeks power entirely for its own sake. We are not interested in the good of others; we are interested solely in power, pure power. What pure power means you will understand presently. We are different from the oligarchies of the past in that we know what we are doing. All the others, even those who resembled ourselves, were cowards and hypocrites . . . They pretended, perhaps they even believed, that they had seized power unwillingly and for a limited time, and that just around the corner there lay a paradise where human beings would be free and equal. We are not like that. We know that no one ever seizes power with the intention of relinquishing it. Power is not a means; it is an end. One does not establish a dictatorship in order to safeguard a revolution; one makes the revolution in order to establish the dictatorship. The object of persecution is persecution. The object of torture is torture. The object of power is power. Now you begin to understand me."

Mordekaiser should be deliciously evil, similar to Urgot, perhaps even moreso. He appeals to no higher calling, no greater truth. In a way, he's honest about what he wants and does. He doesn't do what's "necessary". What he does, he does simply because he chooses to. Now, it's hard to pull this kind of character off and achieve the intended effect of being terrifying beyond belief, of someone truly evil and yet somehow still believable, but I think Mordekaiser would suit that niche.

Power is in tearing human minds to pieces and putting them together again in new shapes of your own choosing.

Doesn't that sound like Morde? Remember, he doesn't just kill people. He breaks them, enslaves their souls, turns them into his puppets. Mordekaiser should be deliciously evil, similar to Urgot, perhaps even moreso. He views other human beings as things to twist to his needs, violating their rights and sanity, remolding them into a pleasing shape. He'd create an eternal empire with himself as emperor, immortal and undying, forever crushing everyone beneath his heel. He'd reign for a thousand years, ten thousand years, forever, and not have a care in the world. He should be not only villanous, but actively malicious and vile.
