Although when you get in game the hair is brown and for me it completely ruins the skin. I purchased the skin purely for this hair as I am a fan of the skin with white. I would greatly appreciate it if the dev team changed her in game model to the portrait. Thank you for reading. Ahri

That's because that's the Chinese splash art they brought over when they were "unifying" the splash art style.

The original NA splash art has her hair as black/brown with a white lighting effect.

In Ahri's splashes, light changes the colour of her hair. Firefox Ahri, as another example.
