The new mage

Ok, if we remember all the way in Ahri's lore, the old grannie in one of the stories, who was in the weird garden said "the garden remembers" or something along that line, maybe the champion has something to do with it, being able to know other entities and creatures of the world to change form into a plantlike version of them. As you saw, there were colorful petals and lotus's on some of the champions with a lotus growing out of darius's head, leaves coming out of nunu's head, and large plant leaves in replace of ahri's tails.
