When will you make the games close again (on average)?

Too many games are snowbally! What prompted me to write this was a 34-9 loss, where we surrendered @ 20 minutes. No pug should have a 5 to 1 score ratio with total kills at 34 before the 20 minute mark, but YOU and your ITEM CHANGES AND OTHER CHANGES made this possible. When will the games be closer, on average, so I can continue to consider this as my favorite pvp game available.

Think about it, Riot. Heroes of the storm does 20 minute matches better than you do. I continued league because 40 minute matches always felt more epic and satisfying, but my average match is cut in half, and almost always determined by snowballing or momentum.

You should try to incorporate new, balanced items, but league needs to FEEL like it always felt before, otherwise, you risk changing the identity of the game, and how it feels to play it.
