Trading for recolored Victorious skins...

I main Elise, but I didn't start playing until season 3, and wasn't ready to play ranked until season 4, so I totally missed my chance at ever getting the Victorious Elise skin. I'm still trying to climb in ranked, though, and I think it would be awesome if Riot allowed players who achieve Gold or better to trade the Victorious skin they are awarded, one time only, for a recolored version of any previous Victorious skin. This would ensure a couple things: 1) the total number of Victorious skins in circulation remains unchanged, 2) players can always distinguish who earned the original version the season it was awarded from who traded another Victorious skin for the recolored version, and 3) players awarded a Victorious skin for a champion they rarely play can recycle it for one they would actually use.
