So we know that in his mind, Jhin sees death as beautiful. Something to strive for perfection with. But how does he kill?
Is he just a regular assassin with a sniper rifle, taking shots from afar to do in his target, relishing in every shot that hits its mark? Or is he more like a Hitman, getting in close and personal while setting up the shot? Or is more of a Pyschopath who kills and arranges the corpses in "art".

I think Jhin prepares his shots more or less. Probably luring his victims to where he wants them to be,so that their deaths would be the most impactful.
For example I'd imagine that he would kill an actor during a play(during its climax).
His lore says that the members of the ionian council that set him free did it because they know that jhin strikes fear into the heart of his enemies,so I doubt that he just shoots them.
