Winter Wonderland Neeko Splashart Discrepancy

I had noticed this a while ago but never really processed it until my friend pointed it out to me today. Has anyone else not noticed how the splash art for Winter Wonderland Neeko is different from the in game model? The splash art shows that she has brown clothing and that she has a very light blue, almost white skin with blue accents. But in game her clothes are a dark blue and she has pure blue skin (though it is still a light blue). Wait I never noticed this either wtf. Thats so blatantly weird its kinda really strange.

That looks more like an issue of shading and lighting in the splash art than in game. The Skin looks the same, while the clothes, if you look at the top for an example, is not actually brown. It's a purple/

Getting this skin today and noticing this for the first time was pretty upsetting. It seems like too much blue in game while the splash has a good balance of colors

They probably gave the artist an earlier version of the skin because splash arts take a long time to create
