Nah, I would also guess at first sight that the third one was Shen.
The fourth one looks really interesting though. Hopefully a potential champion with Dual Unit mechanics similar to Rexxar and Misha in Heroes of The Storm?
Maybe that second one is Maymm? Akali's mom? She is wielding what looks like a Kama and sort of resembles Akali.
I wonder who that fourth guy could be.
Honestly I love the look of the archer lady. I know League has enough people with bows but i think a Kinkou ADC would be super interesting, especially if they find a cool way to incorporate her spirit/balance theme into gameplay.

Almost thought the one on the end had some kind of Bloodborne Trick Weapon for a moment. Whatever it is, though, it looks cool along with that entire character, they got my vote for next ninja.
