I feel like (and slightly hope) that Ezreal isn't going to show up in her comic series. I'm fine with them interacting in later future in a different story, but this comic series seems like it's going to be based off of Lux dealing with Demacia's recent political turmoil. Adding in her relationship with Ezreal might muddy things up, and in my opinion it's better if they save Lux and Ez's relationship for a different piece where they can put more focus on them rather than trying to balance too many things at once.
I doubt Sylas will turn to the Noxians for help as he does show disdain for Noxus, but I could see Galio or Kayle/Morgana playing a part in the comic. Since Lux's recent lore update, it's been extremely ambiguous whether her previous encounter with Galio ever happened, and I think maybe it would be a good time to finally find out what their relationship is. Especially since he would have an impact on Demacia's civil war. And if Morgana is returning, then I expect Kayle to as well, and maybe see some very intense scenes towards the end of the comic.
I think something I would be excited to see is Lux's new relationships to Sylas and Garen. Sylas and Garen are at the head of the two sides of the battle, and Lux has been caught in the middle. I'm really interested to see how she deals with it, or if she tries to appeal to either her brother or her former friend.
